The written walkthrough

Follow Sarah's job.

  1. Create the client

Add Sarah’s client record so her contact details and work belong together.

  2. Send the quote

Prepare a $50 mowing quote and send it to the client for approval. The amount is sample data, not a suggested rate.

  3. Get the yes

Sarah accepts the quote through the client-facing quote page. The video highlights that approval with an editorial notification.

  4. Book the accepted work

Open QuickAdd, select the accepted quote and book the job. The quote becomes the starting point for the scheduled work.

  5. Finish and invoice

Complete the job, create the invoice and send it to Sarah. A sent invoice stays distinct from a paid invoice.

  6. See the payment paths

The payment notification illustrates getting paid. The ending then switches to a separate sample Bank Feeds walkthrough for a direct bank payment. These are alternative payment paths, not two payments on one invoice.

When the client pays into your bank

Confirm the match.
Remember the payer.

The Bank Feeds example shows a first match being confirmed, followed by an eligible repeat payment being matched for you. Review exceptions rather than assuming every deposit belongs to an invoice.

Bank Feeds is currently for eligible US businesses on SoloOp Paid. Availability and payment methods vary by region.
