  • Business data you enter (client names, addresses, job details)
  • Usage data (app interactions, feature usage)

We do not require phone numbers or sensitive personal data to use the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Authenticate users
  • Improve performance and features
  • Communicate about account or service updates

3. Data Storage and Processing

Your data is stored using third-party providers (such as Supabase and cloud infrastructure) with reasonable security measures in place.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal or business data.

We may share information only:

  • With service providers necessary to operate the Service (see Third-Party Services below)
  • If required by law

4a. Third-Party Services

SoloOp relies on the following third-party services to operate:

  • Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and serverless functions (data stored in AWS Sydney region)
  • Stripe — payment processing, Connect accounts, and payouts. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (invoices, reminders, confirmations)
  • Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete and route calculations
  • Expo / EAS — mobile app build and over-the-air update delivery

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and terms.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation.

You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access your data
  • Request corrections
  • Request deletion (subject to legal requirements)

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
