$0 per month. Every feature included.
No subscription. No trial. No premium tier. SoloOp is free to download and free to use. We only make money when your clients pay through the app.
How pricing works.
When your client pays by card or AutoPay, a small processing fee is added to their total — not yours. You keep 100% of your invoice amount. You can also set a global default in the app to absorb these fees automatically if you prefer.
Cash payments and bank transfers you handle yourself? No fee at all.
Fee breakdown.
Card Payments
1.7% + $1.30
Per transaction. Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Processed by Stripe.
Capped at $19.95 per transaction.
PayTo / BECS
1% + $1.30
Per transaction. Client approves once in their banking app. Lower fee, same automation.
Small-invoice discount
Charging under $50 for a job? The fixed fee automatically drops to just $0.80 per payment — so small invoices don't get eaten by processing costs. No setup; it just applies.
Fee cap: $19.95
No matter how large the invoice, the processing fee never exceeds $19.95. A $2,000 invoice costs the same fee as a $200 invoice once you hit the cap.
By default, the fee is added to your client's total. Your $80 lawn mow stays $80 in your account. The client sees $82.66 (card) or $82.10 (bank). You can choose to absorb the fee instead if you prefer.
Real examples.
| Your Price | Card Fee | Bank Fee | You Receive |

| $120 | $3.34 | $2.50 | $120.00 |

| $2,000 | $19.95 (capped) | $19.95 (capped) | $2000.00 |
* Fee is added to client's total by default. "You Receive" = your full invoice amount.
