When a payer like DVA or an NDIS plan manager pays a batch of invoices in one deposit, upload their remittance advice (PDF or screenshot) and each invoice it lists is matched by number. On solo-op.com, open Invoices and click Reconcile payments. The app's Reconcile button takes the same file.
Avisos más claros
You can now expand unfinished jobs in End of Day and check each one before marking it done. Archived or void payment history no longer adds a declined-payment alert, and a declined invoice is counted only once in the menu. Optional client notices no longer show a red planning dot.
Your shared invoice, invoice PDF and online receipt now show dates in your business timezone. Existing service and due dates stay unchanged.
Start, Stop and Automatic job timers now run the same timer. Job times is simpler: tap Arrived or Left, type the time, Save. Repeating jobs no longer ask to reschedule the next visit.
SoloOp will send "On my way" and booking texts for you. Tap Tell me when it's ready in Settings → Notifications → Texts to your clients and you are on the list.
Business trips now count toward your claim 7 days after the drive, with no weekly confirm. Open Menu → Mileage (or tap Turn on on Home). On the 1st you get one summary of last month.

Link your bank once (Settings → Payments → Bank Feeds). Payments that match an invoice are marked paid for you, with a notification you can Undo. Only the unusual ones ask.
Business owners: Settings → Payments → Accept online payments. Turn it off and your invoices show your bank details only: no card, no Pay Now link, AutoPay paused. Turn it back on any time.
Tap an invoice's JobCard → Send again to send the saved invoice, even while its payment page is open. In Australia, with Swap cards to PayTo on, Review now estimates the PayTo fee.
If a client has an invoice's payment page open, the invoice is locked while it's open. Tap it in Invoices & Tax and SoloOp now says so and when it unlocks (it shows as "Page open").
Business owners: Settings → Payments → Swap cards to PayTo. Your invoices then offer PayTo from your client's bank (bank direct debit if PayTo isn't available) instead of a card. Cards your clients saved for AutoPay stay saved and pause; they reconnect if you switch back.
When you send an invoice by email and text, the email goes first and your Messages app opens after, so the confirmation matches what actually happened.
Ve a tus clientes y ajusta tus mensajes
In 2.5: tap Show map on Clients to see where your clients are. In Settings you can write your own Message templates and turn Up next notifications on or off for this phone.
In 2.5: Quick Add picks the best slot for you and warns when that client already has a repeating job. New Invoice can match the visit you just did, then offers to reschedule the next one.
In 2.5: check the work, total and delivery on Review, then send from the button at the bottom. Tap Change to use text, email or Share link, and tick Remember this option for that client.

If your Settings → Payments card shows Payouts & payments, tap it to see your payouts and payment history right in SoloOp. If it shows Open Stripe Dashboard, your payouts are in your own Stripe account, same as before.
Settings → Payments → turn on Charge Sales Tax? and type your local rate (e.g. 7.25). SoloOp has no default US rate, so a blank rate adds $0 tax. Whether your work is taxable depends on your state; check with your tax preparer.
From 1 October, card surcharges aren't allowed in Australia. Your clients pay the invoice amount whether they pay by card or bank, and you cover the card fee. SoloOp handles it for you, even on invoices you sent earlier, and your invoices already show your clients a notice. The pass-fees switches turn off on the day.
Report a bug, suggest a feature or contact us from the ? button on any screen. Alerts now live in the bell at the top of Home. And if your signal drops while you save, the change now waits and syncs when you're back, instead of failing.
Calendario y capacidad
The calendar has week and month views, arrows and a Today button, and you can jump straight to any date. Your daily capacity now counts the driving between jobs, so a full day looks full.
Your bank details now sit on the Review step, ready to edit, so you can send an invoice without setting up card payments. Save as draft (don't send) keeps an invoice without emailing it. On Invoices & Tax, Want to bulk send? sends a batch after one check, and past-due invoices now say Overdue, in red.
If Settings says automatic timers need a newer SoloOp, download the latest from solo-op.com, install it over this one, then restart your phone once. Nothing to do on iPhone.
A payment that is still settling can no longer be undone or marked paid by mistake. A job moved to another day now goes to the end of that day's run.
Skipped jobs now live in the Skipped pill on Home, grouped by the day they were skipped, and they reschedule like any other job. Tap ? for What Can SoloOp Do?, the guided tour or the assistant. If earlier days still have jobs you never ticked off, the bell shows them: tap to finish them on End of Day.
Quick Add now uses your Start of Day everywhere it opens. Some screens were suggesting a 7:30 first job regardless of your setting.
Conciliar transferencias
Open Invoices & Tax and tap Reconcile at the bottom. Upload your bank's CSV, check the matches, and mark full payments paid together. Uploading the same statement twice won't pay anything twice.
Abre Facturas e impuestos y toca Conciliar abajo.
Invoices & Tax had a bad couple of days — the list stopped refreshing, so you'd see couldn't refresh history and end up looking at old numbers. That's fixed. So is swipe-to-delete in that list, which had been failing on every single job with Could not delete job. Deleting a repeating job from there now asks Just This One or Delete All Future, the same as it does on your run sheet.
If a client's payment has already settled through Stripe, Mark Unpaid can no longer undo it or line up a second charge. You'll see a short Paid via Stripe explainer where that button used to be. The money's in — this stops it going out twice.
Also: Send Custom Message opens your texting app again (with Copy texts to clipboard switched on it had been quietly doing nothing at all), the day snapshot when you're picking a date now shows total booked hours alongside the job count, and the help assistant no longer cuts itself off part way through an answer. If you work on patchy or roaming signal, you should get far fewer surprise sign-outs too.
Sent the invoice, then the client says "you forgot the trees"? Open the invoiced job's actions and tap Add More Work. It books a proper extra visit for that client — and when you mark it done and invoice it, the work lands as a new line on the SAME invoice. Same invoice number, same payment link they already have. No second invoice, no messing about.
Client profiles now warn you when someone's email keeps bouncing — amber after one bounce, red once the address looks properly dead — so you find out before you're chasing money that never arrived.
This update also makes SoloOp hang onto your session much harder on patchy signal (fewer surprise sign-outs), keeps map pins showing up without the force-close dance, and stops the sync badge saying SYNCING forever — if something genuinely can't upload it now says NOT SYNCED and means it.
A recurring job now lands on its exact due date. Every four weeks means four weeks — same weekday, every cycle.
Some visits had been creeping a day or two early, which made the one after it look like it had stretched out to five weeks. New visits now land where they should.
Quarterly and six-monthly clients roll over properly too. If you run one of those, its next visit wasn't being created at all. It is now.
Want the app to never move a job? Menu → Settings → Work → Automatic clustering. Leave it on and a visit can shift a day or two to sit with your other work nearby, or to step off a day that's already packed. Switch it off and every recurring job lands on its due date, same day every cycle, full or not.
SoloOp no longer asks for your fingerprint or Face ID when you open it. You stay signed in, and the app goes straight to your run sheet — no unlock, no waiting, every open.
The check moved to where it matters: whenever you charge a client's saved card, your phone asks you to confirm with fingerprint, Face ID, or your PIN — every time, on every charge button. Your clients' cards are guarded at the moment of charging, not at the front door.
Also: the map didn't vanish. The map/calendar panel above the date bar starts closed — the strip now says Show map so it's obvious. Tap it once and it stays open.
Priced it wrong, or the job changed? Quotes still waiting on an answer now have a pencil on the card — tap it, change the lines or the price, and send it again. The link already sitting in your client's inbox shows the new version, so you don't have to chase them with a fresh one.
Already accepted? Tap Revert to Pending first, then edit. That way the record never claims someone accepted a price they never saw.
Tap the camera chip on a job to open a photo and there's now a Show on invoice button right under it. Anything you mark goes out on the invoice your client opens — proof the job was done, before and afters, or the bit they can't see from the driveway.
The invoice builder's Review step now tells you what's actually going out, instead of leaving you guessing. Either "3 photos will show on this invoice", or a nudge that the job has photos and none of them are marked.
Up to 20 photos on an invoice. Nothing is ever shared unless you mark it.
A note you add to a single job now stays on that job. It shows in the amber THIS VISIT box, and it no longer copies itself onto every future visit for that client — so "dogs are out today" doesn't follow you around for the next three months.
The blue EVERY VISIT box is unchanged. That one comes from the client's own NOTES, and it's still the place for gate codes, a dog that's always out, or anything true every time you turn up.
Visits already on your schedule keep the note they've got — nothing disappeared. Only new visits come through clean.
Stop screenshotting emailed receipts. The Expenses screen now shows your own receipt address - forward any emailed receipt to it (PDF or photo attached) and it lands as an expense with the amount, date and GST filled in for you. Works from your email and your team's automatically - add any other address right on the card. Good for keeping the quarterly BAS shoebox in one place.
Building a job then switching to another app - maps, a text, a call - no longer wipes what you entered. The New Job wizard now holds your services, prices and step exactly where you left them. Seasonal billing bookings (monthly installments) also save correctly again.
Job photos now stay on the card after you mark a job Done, and anything that can't upload yet shows a waiting to upload chip - it sends itself when you're back in signal. Map numbers update the moment you reorder, the fingerprint unlock only asks after a real break, and you can search your history by invoice number. Bank-transfer invoices now ask clients to include INV-(number) as the payment reference, so you can tell who paid what.
Paid jobs now show how they were paid — Paid by card or Marked as paid. If an invoice email can't reach a client, the job card shows a red Failed to send chip — tap it to see how to fix it. And client emails now always show the exact amount owed; card fees only ever appear at Stripe checkout.
Changing a recurring job's date — from Reschedule or the Edit screen — now always asks: just this visit, or all following? Pick All Following and the entire series shifts to the new day, keeping its rhythm. Works even if you lose signal mid-move: the series catches up automatically when you're back online.
Crew now get a big clock banner on their run sheet — red to start the day, green with a live timer while working. Every tap is confirmed with fingerprint or Face ID, so hours are always recorded on purpose. Works offline too.
Add Team Member now creates every account the same way, and hands you a ready-made login message to share. Roles are simply Crew and Admin now — and you're the Owner. Tap any member's row for their login details, rate, colour, password and PIN.
Admin staff can invoice out of the box, but charging clients' saved cards is now a per-person permission — flip it on their row under Team when you trust them with it. Until then, the charge buttons simply don't appear for them.
Got paid in cash? Long-press a finished job and tap "Won't Invoice" — it clears out of your to-invoice list but still counts in your income and tax export. No more marking cash work as paid just to tidy the list.
You can now add an office team member who handles clients, invoicing and the calendar — but can't touch your Stripe, banking or account settings. Add them under Team.
The new Timesheets screen totals each worker's hours — from their clock-ins or job times — and what you owe them for the period. Open it from your menu.
If the same person usually rides with you, set them once in Settings → Profile → Default Crew Member. New jobs you book for yourself include them automatically.
Someone jumping on for the day? Open the ⋮ menu on your run sheet's date bar and tap Add Worker to Run — they can clock in/out and record times alongside you.
Got a 6am gate access or a job that must be last? Open the job's edit sheet, flip FIXED TIME on, and type the time. Optimize Route works around your pins.
Recurring jobs now land on the exact day they're due — a 4-weekly job books 28 days out, same weekday, every time. If a day is genuinely full it nudges to the nearest free one, quietly.
Start invoicing on bank transfer and PayID — add Stripe for cards and AutoPay whenever you like. Your bank details show right on the invoice, and sign-up is faster and clearer.
Jobs now show colour-coded avatars for who is assigned, so you can spot which jobs your helper is on without opening each one. Pick each person a colour in crew settings.
When a client replies to one of your invoice or booking emails, it now lands in your inbox instead of ours. Nothing to set up.
A new New Invoice button bills a client directly — send it or charge a saved card on the spot, no job required.
If an AutoPay charge fails, you will see a clear flag on Home and in Job History so it never slips through.
Tap the bell up top to see what has changed, plus new settings to control payment reminders and which notifications you get.
We rebuilt the invoice builder — line items with quantities, clearer pricing, and consistent behaviour everywhere you bill.
A swipeable week view — see your whole week at a glance and drag jobs to reschedule.
A Pending / Completed / Skipped pill on Home keeps past jobs tappable, with swipe to undo, restore or delete.
Need to shift a day? Move every job to another day in a single tap — no Rain Mode needed.
A mid-day banner surfaces completed-but-uninvoiced work so you do not leave money on the table.
Ask questions and get answers grounded in how SoloOp actually works.
Tap this bell anytime to see what's changed in SoloOp. We ship improvements regularly — new features and fixes will show up here, so you always know what's new.
Your work now saves offline and syncs the moment you are back on signal, plus lots of under-the-hood speed improvements.
