How does SoloOp make money?

When a client pays by card or AutoPay, there's a small processing fee on the transaction. By default, that fee is added to the client's total — not taken from yours.

Card payments: 1.75% + $1.30. Bank/AutoPay (PayTo): 1% + $1.30. Capped at $19.95 per transaction. By default, your client covers it — your full invoice amount is what hits your bank.

AutoPay lets you charge a client automatically after each job. They approve once — via PayTo (bank direct debit) or card on file — and set a per-payment limit they're comfortable with. Bank payments via PayTo cost less (1% + $1.30 vs 1.75% + $1.30 for card).

Can clients cancel AutoPay?

Can I use Xero, MYOB, or Hnry?

You can export CSV records for accounting. Stripe payout destination rules still apply on your setup.
