What is AutoPay?

AutoPay means your invoices are handled automatically after each visit. No links to click. No reminders. Just a receipt in your inbox.

How it works

1

You approve once

When your service provider sends you an AutoPay invite, you choose how to pay — card or bank account. You approve it once and you're done.

2

Payments happen automatically

After each visit, your provider's invoice is charged automatically. You get a receipt by email straight away.

3

You stay in control

You can deactivate AutoPay anytime from your client portal — no need to call or message anyone. If you set up via your banking app, you can also cancel it directly from there.

Your payment options

Card

Pay with your Visa or Mastercard. Works like any online payment. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe — your service provider never sees them.

MOST SECURE

Bank Account (PayTo)*

Pay directly from your bank account. You approve a payment agreement inside your banking app — the same app you use for everyday banking. Your bank shows you exactly who can charge you, the maximum amount per payment, and you can deactivate anytime from your portal or your banking app. No card details or bank numbers to enter.

You're protected
